In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our ECM solutions’ sales strategies, providing technical and business insights to support sales goals. Your extensive experience in ECM will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective clients and partners.
Job Responsibilities:
ECM Solution Advocacy: Champion the features and benefits of our ECM solutions in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the sales process, assisting in product demonstrations, proposal development, and solution customisation to meet client needs.
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose effective ECM solutions.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of ECM market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and approaches.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.
Job Professional Qualifications:
Experience: 8-15 years of experience in pre-sales, with a strong focus on ECM solutions.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ECM technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in technical sales and ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
