Neologix is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 8-20 years of experience to lead our high-profile technology projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception through completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will be vital in managing complex IT projects, navigating technical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain constant communication with all project stakeholders, reporting on progress, risks, and resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting all performance metrics.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Professional Qualifications:
Experience: 8-20 years of proven work experience as an IT Project Manager.
Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, able to manage complex IT projects.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a keen ability to overcome challenges and find practical solutions.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
